MARINE EXOPOLYSACCHARIDE (EPS)
Home MARINE EXOPOLYSACCHARIDE (EPS)
Produced by culture in a bioreactor in order to obtain a pure molecule, characterized as natural and with no terrestrial equivalent (rich in galactose and N-acetyl-glucosamine). N-acetyl-glucosamine has the particularity of being involved in the synthesis of GlycosAminoGlycanes (GAG) which constitute the main water reservoir of the dermis. EPS allows you to: – Reset the physical barrier function of the skin by promoting cell renewal. - Facelift. – Reset the skin’s chemical barrier function by reducing skin reactivity. – Reset the skin's water memory function by increasing the skin's innate hydration.
Invisible to the naked eye, this molecule is secreted by a microorganism from Aber-Benoit in Brittany.
